Which we can only speculate on because no one from SoE says anything as usual. For all we know the first version of the spell would stay up for the full 30 seconds and still reactively heal the amount of damage taken even though the warding amount was already reduced to zero. The flavor text which is always more accurate of their intentions makes no mention of dispelling after any hits. Only the "Effects" list does, and that's more of a programming thing than listing intentions. All spells with that Effects tag works like this. If you're mezzed and warded, something must break the ward and do actual damage before you are no longer mezzed.
PS
I feel that should mention for those who don't know... that's almost as good as the spell is going to get. The screenshot has some decent spell casting haste, +healing attached and a good amount of +ministration by the looks. Adept I was 2460 or something and the normal cast/recast is 3.0/30.0, and cost over 300 power.
