Does anyone happen to know which quest lines give items with the Overloaded Heal effect? Apparently I somehow managed to skip all of them on my way up to 80 . The effect has a chance to proc a 300 or so heal on any healing spell cast.

if I remember its on a cloak and you can get it on the bridge area in Fens

I've been told they're all in Fens (it's more than just a cloak). I keep getting begged to help instance groups, so my questing has been slow too.

Unfortunately, there's like two or three leather armor items with the effect, and then the cloak. So unless we wish to wear leather, only the cloak is viable. Though luckily the cloak slot isn't a high stat/mitigation space so putting Overloaded Heal in there is very nice if you don't have a TNT cloak.

Yha-lei Bone Hoop (earring)
Majestic Bangle (earring)

Skorpikis quests in Jarsath gives a nice one, the Yha-lei Bone Hoop

The quest: "Swatting the Pests" in Kunzar Jungle gives the Majestic Bangle btw, I believe its one of the starting quests given in Jinsk.

Scout Nan'Dor in JW, Skyfire (-1703, 270, -39) gives the quest "Planting the Evidence", which rewards Steelbark Wristwrap

As far as I can tell, the effects do not stack though. So you only really need one of the items.
