Both do exactly the same thing - increase the base value by 20%. The catch is that the increased value cannot exceed twice the base value.

Kill the strength line, it's useless other than soloing. A few raid encounters you'll be doing in the future are ranged only (yay).

You're going to be sitting there with your fingers up your butt only healing, which is a fantastic waste for some mobs that don't need much healing through at all.

My Raid Suggestion is Go back to int... You're a plate finger wiggla. You're heals are 14% faster. Your Smites are 14% faster. You get Spell Crit. Things should go boom.

Just my opinion.

Any changes with this setup and caps now that blessings has been "nerfed"

Currently sitting with Dirge (LOTD) with blessings on with spec:
Mark:5 Involuntary: 3 Glory 2 UB: 2

And my spells are reading:
glory: 1.5/min
involuntary: 5.7/min
mark: 34%/min
UB: 15% (master 1)

Not sure why involuntary gift is reading so high with only 3 points. Seems like glory can be increased by another point in it to get it closer to the 2.0/min mark. (maybe worthwhile now with the mythical and the free concentration slots for those that are gonna throw up more now)

Just curious to if people are doing anything different with this post-LU 42

in the proc's:
'on any successful attack' -- the attack word means damage is dealt.

as for overconfidence it can be useful to reduce social aggro in places like chelsith (that's the 'reduces awareness fo other encounters calling for help' bit if you cast before a pull since OC doesn't aggro) It's good for taking adds off the squishies in grps but in raids the duration is only 1min out of every 2mins. Too low IMO.

Soothe deaggro's the mob the encounter so it should be affecting the entire raid. Shouldn't it?

No - it affects the group.

The same can be said for all other "encounter" effects in game that I've seen (Druushk's thorns, for example)

The caps are, and have ALWAYS been, twice the base value.

Glory is 1.0/min base proc rate, so caps at 2.0/min
Mark is 20% base proc rate, so caps at 40%
Stoneskin is (11%@Master) base proc rate, so caps at 22%
Involuntary is 3.9/min base proc rate, so caps at 7.9/min.

LOTD is a 20% of the base value increase.

Mark 20% goes to mark 24% (was 28% w/blessings) W/5AA, goes to 34% (each aa is 2% flat bonus)

Stoneskin goes from 11% to ~13% (was 15% w/blessings) w/aa, goes to 15% (each aa is 1% flat bonus)

INvoluntary goes from 3.9 to 4.7 (was 5.5 w/blessings). Wmax AA, exceeds 7.9. W/4aa, hits 7.9 w/lotd. (Calculated, not confirmed)

Glory 1.0/min goes to 1.2/min (Was 1.4 w/blessings)

Thanks Istaril any one any thoughts on the Manacure ability. I love the extened Sanct so it's only 4 more point for me but some says its busted.
