I have a question concerning the Bishop Line of AAs. At the end the final ability says upon examination that as long as the Bishop is not moving they are immune to Stifle, Stun, and some knockdown abilities... but when just mousing over the icon for the same ability it says that it gives the Bishop a temporary buff that lasts for 2 seconds with the already described resistances... so my question is Which one is right? is the ability a Passive one that is always on or is it one that just has a chance at procing an ability that as that effect? and is it even worth it? My templar is now up to lvl 46 and it seems to make solo play easier but that could just be my imagination... what might be the best Spec for temps?

It works by constantly cycling a 2 second buff on your toon that does what the ability says. Meaning, if the buff expires and you are not standing still, you won't get the buff again until you become stationary.

For endgame raiding, I think the STR line is a very good line, but I don't think it is as useful as the AGI line. This is just personal preference and there are plenty of people who could provide arguments for both lines.

For Heroic/grouping, STR line becomes more useful because a lot of times you'll pull aggro from healing a bunch of seperate encounters at the same time, so it's definately a very good line for heroic content.

For Solo'ing and PVP, it's probably a must.

It doesn't make you immune to stuns. That would be so fucking overpowered....

It does make soloing easier, a lot easier.

in EoF there were a lot of stifles, in RoK there is only like 2 raid mobs with a meaningful stifle, its all stuns/mezzes now, agi is definately better, hands down now imo
