Has anyone around here been told or know what is going on with items that have soulsiphon on them?

Was told that they are broken and are breaking other crits or something, no big deal but curious if anyone else has heard this.

Have heard about it, the thing it conflicts with, like everything else conflicts with apparently, is the proc rate on the praetor's guard.

Not to mention that no matter how many items with soul siphon on them you have equipped, only one can proc at a time.

I'm using one, sometimes two items to help maintain power when in DPS mode/gear.
