Not trying to derail the topic, so this will be my last post re: this.
I have 2 different setups. Once with max AGI and Defense, one without. Precisely same group goes to Chelsith (yellow mobs) some times I go with AGI/Def setup, then other times with regular gear.
My ACT avoidance report shows a sharp increase in missed/blocked/dodged/parried of around 15% when I'm wearing high AGI/Def gear, every single time I've tried it. I wouldn't call that statistically insignificant.
But... that's just my opinion and that's the beauty of the game. Everyone can play however they want and believe whatever the want.
If you feel it makes no difference to you, more power to you, because it allows you to try wholly different equipment. I envy you, i.e. I'm stuck with a high AGI/Def belt when I'd rather wear a nifty +crit chance belt.
