I will no longer be updating this thread, as I've essentially quit EQII for the time being. Although I'd like to claim it's purely because itemization sucks (it does!), I have a wee bit of a whirlwind of activity in real life that's replaced any time I had for gaming.

Itemization sucks so bad in this expansion and it just shows how SoE hasn't a clue what progression is. The best items dropping from the easiest zones is just plain retarded.

gratz sir, that staff is a lot better than the one from T7, is the slot range/symbol or purely and only offhand?
if it could go in range slot like any simbol i wonder if the proc would stack if tif or viz's templar were still around.

edit : fuck those gloves are way the fuck overpowered.

I don't think that the proc would stack since I believe it is the same name. And yes, the gloves are a little overpowered... There are some fights where they are 20% of my heal parse.

Edit: the staff is secondary only.

Think of them not as overpowered but as compensation for Chokers not touching our reactives and for our reactives getting shafted on +heal amount.
