I don't time it, but then again my 2H has a delay of 7.5.

Thanks for the info its really cleared up my hotbars and helped my DPS on raids. Just a quick question. I have auto attack HO starter and the spells you listed. Do you not bother with divine castigation / hammer smite because the four on the macro refresh quick enough?

My theory on divine castigation / hammer smite is that the regular divine smite nuke refreshes so quickly, and does more damage, that they are not worth casting. It seems like if you are chaining you main nukes, one of them (usually divine smite) will always be up.
