I was woundering how many of the Templars here were willing to share quest information. If enough are willing I will create a thread ask for edit rights and try and keep it updated.

I have every intention of completing this quest... and if these quests are anything close to EQI epics, we'll all need to pitch in to get it completed, pool our resources.

As a Templar in a hardcore raiding guild - I've got nothing better to do than Epic quest full-time - it says alot for the strength of the current raid content that we can afford to suspend raids until we've made some serious progress on epics, and no one in guild will complain...

This quest better be one hell of a quest, though. The game is at one of it's lowest points every for hardcore raiders... and the hopes that Avatars and Epics revitalize interest is ... well, our only hope.

Yeah we arent taking the small vacation from raiding so most of my questing will be done fri-sun. I will update the thread most likly mon-fri while i am at work.

Also I have a feeling factions will play a large roll in completing this quest. Not being able to speak or locate the next quest giver because of insufficent faction could someone back for a while.

Also SOE is known for making players roam the world for harvests (ex/statues, scrolls) and having locs and detailed info on where you can find them will make it alot easier.

I've got bad news. Welcome to Epic Quests in EQ1 which required every single bit of faction you could get along with any language you could get as well. Deal with it.

hopefully it will not be too bad if we have done all the previous quest such as Speak as a dragon, Magic words or whatever its called and the other bull crap you have to do to do other big item rewards. I would not be surprised if faction was needed though. My only question is do you think SoE will at least tell us the first person we need to speak to so that we can get the initial starter?

If I have to grind a ton of faction then I won't be sticking around. (as in all of the kunark factions)

And thats bullshit about being a ton of faction work for the epics in eq1.
