any raider not take the Bread and butter STA/INT lines? if so, how is it working out for ya? i still dont think that there is another path to go for raiding, since our main purpose is to make sure tanks, and all those slackers without AR dont die.

Ya I went STA/INT line for a long time, but respeced a few days ago, to AGI/INT... just playin around with the DPS part of it lol, not that we exactly do a lot of damage, and its doesnt increase DPS by a whole lot, but its a little fun I spose...

LOL I went AGI/STA for awhile as a MT group templar. All I have to say is AGI is wothless. Having the tank use my avoidance 30-40% of the time( cant remember what it was) I maybe blocked for him once a raid if I was lucky and the ae avoidance was not very usefull either. I am now STA/INT.:smiley-very-happy:

Of course I am also an Inquisitor now too:smiley-tongue:

INT/AGI Currently

Was Int/Sta for a while but gave shield ally a try a few times and decided it was more important, id rather the chance of blocking a huge hit here and there then to just crit more.

Im currently 8 ranks in Shield ally, 8 in reduce casting timers and have final line of INT which is Divine Recovery. Been thinking lately whether i should drop 4 in shield ally and my recuded casting times to get Steadfast as well. 30 second non direct AoE immunity would be very nice but if recast is any longer than 5 mins fuck that shit

Pretty sure the recast is 5mins. On shield ally, like I said in my post blocks happened almost never. I would go whole raid instances without a block. Crits are way more useful in the long run and probably ends up being more hp healed then blocked by a large margin.

Ive had quite a bit of luck using shield ally, i think i parsed it proc'ing 15-16 times once in just the first 2 mobs of the matron encounter. Im still just testing it though so I may eventually come to agree with you. When I had STA line i once crit'd i beleive like 387 times fighting vilucide hehe

Always STA/INT, I played around with the str agi sta lines when I was not in MT, and it was pretty nice, solid 100% crit chance, 40% dps buff, the 8% proc..it was pretty decent. But as far as the rest, they weren't stellar when it came down to raids.
