A percentage based proc, which for those that don't understand means with spell haste you can get it to proc much more often, increased spell haste and stun immunity from that proc.

So the proc's effect can help you increase the real chances of you procing the proc, the stun immunity will do just what it says, and as for the comment about spec'd correctly, the end line of strength gives stifle immunity and no stun immunity versus epics.

And it increases heal amount by a decent bit while being a 4.0s delay with a good spread so even when shield ally equipped you can beat on something and do some DPS in between casts.

Not to mention this is only the group version. Not the raid version.

While I'm not sure what to make of this yet, I *do* know I want that +heal changed to heal crit.

Simply put - +heal does nothing for 50-60% of our heals (if not more) - our reactives and mark/involuntary cap extremely low. If it's going to be templar-y, it should increase our reactives - and to do that, it needs to have heal crit.

I do like the proc, and while not class defining, I'll use it alongside pureblood and yeb-soth's, so it'll have it's place. It's a good starting point. Knowing the x4 version will be better (even if we don't know how), I'm pleased.

What is spec'd correctly?

I am currently Stifle immune, and would love to be Stun immune. Considering the proc mechanism, I love it. The only thing I can see being bad is the duration of the immunity.

He tells you to, in the following order;

>(Kill her, receive an item (auto-update, not dropped/body)

Kill Hoshkar'

Kill Overking = Again, an auto-update to your quest, granting you "Symbol of the Panacea"

Quest now reads "I need to retrieve the Symbol of the Altruist. I can find it among the treasures of Hoshkar, Venril's old rival.
: I need to kill HOshkar to recieve the Symbol of the ALtruist

It'll probably be 2 days before we get to Hoshkar - we're raiding slow to let people wrap up all their epics.
