So the last step is to kill Kotiz the Death bringer.. isn't that needed by a few other classes, and isn't he on a 5 hour timer? Any advice on getting this update other than quiting my job and getting a large sock?

Anyhow for those of you on the heal step in Chardok; the key to getting through the book rooms is to pet pull the non agro books and then body pull the agro lizards. Do it in that order to fight them one at a time, no need to mez.

Best tips?

Find a damn good Trainer to train you down, then get a group of friend to Call-of-the-tinker to him. I've seen a wizard (manashield/bristlebane god), a bruiser, a monk, and a brigand train down. If they're training you down, they don't even have to survive.

You can camp the mob (safe spots in the corners to either side) and have a group CoT to you...

Wonder which other named will drop the remains then, certainly beats waiting 3-4 hours for Kotiz.

I'd think it would be similar to how they "fixed" dirges. They also have a named mob to get a drop from, but they made it so any named can drop it, albeit with a lesser chance than the original named.

5 minutes? I was there yesterday... you'll have to show me how to get to Kotiz in 5 minutes... Unless you're under the impression that half the mobs still can't see invis, which... they do now.

Anybody know what other place I can get the remains? Camped that fucker for 3 hours last night and he didn't pop.
