Blessings is now working as per the description - affecting only item trigger chances, it appears.

Nothing to cry foul about - it's still useful. Propagations (Spells/CA's only) and LOTD (Spells/Ca's only) were similarly nerfed.

They've all been broken since the EoF trees where launched.

I personally think they should have fixed this back when they changed Blessings and Luck of the Dirge to 20% from 25% and propagations from 3% to 4%.

The question is would it have been changed any differently back then? I doubt it. Templars are now the only class that get an AA to increase item proc rates, 20%... which is still worth having.

The "nerf" only effects Glory and Stoneskin for a templars directly. This leaves more room for improvement for items to have + proc chances as well as spreading the differences between classes.

I think its total bullshit to have an ability in game for a year and 3+ months, nerf it once to "Balance it" then nerf it again down the road.

Hey sony how bout fixing the cure line? That's been useless for a year and three months since it doesnt seem to do anything.

About the intercession line? Is it just me or does it not work at all, I use it and the charges never go down and I don't see any heals on the tank.

How bout giving templars SOMETHING in between expansions. You know, the little buffs and boons all the other classes seem to enjoy that I have never seen happen for us.

I used it a few days ago in PR, on the second to last fight with the bajillion mobs. It never lost charges, never healed. All my other reactives were used up, but I had to cancel this one because it was doing nothing but keeping me stunned.

Wrong spell. You're thinking of focused intercession or whatever one you are using. We are talking about the end aa abilitity Blessings. Which gives 20 proc chances to items. The healing part I think you are being confused with is that instead of just items, it was also increasing the proc chances with Mark series and Glory and Involuntary spell lines. Thus adding to our healing.
