Runed Guard of the selnok

I am debating getting this and macroing it for casting prepulls. I was curious if anyone has tried it. With blessings not effecting stoneskin it might give that extra bit of help on tough encounters befor mobs are debuffed. Does anyone know if effects stoneskin. All it says is proc chance and i wan't sure if it only meant gear proc chance.

Thats a good question.... I never thought about it effecting stoneskin.

Well i figure the first 30 secs are the most crutial with no debuffs and placing the mob so this might be that little push needed to stop and bad luck 1 shot wipe.

Looks like 3 min recast. But that isn't to bad it should be up for every named pull.

I use it very frequently;
For my Yeb-Soth's Guardian on fights where I use it
after a drain on nexona (to increase my power-proc chances),
Before using my OT Mallet...

etc, etc, etc.

Use it almost every time it's up.

I'm assuming you're talking about the benediction line stoneskin. If so I wouldn't think this would alter benediction since the buff itself is on the tank and not the user of Runed Guard.

A change to proc chances effects the spell, even if it is already cast, no matter who the buff is on.

I did some testing to this pre RoK.

So, if you already had Glory on a target, then cast this... that targets buff will show the old percentage(unless they changed it)... but it will have the new value for 30 second.

Am I the only one not having any problems on a normal pull? Since all wards and reactives and protections are up, the mob doesnt penetrate through that initially.

It's much rather during the fight, when the mob has punched through the defiler wards and my ward, that it can get wobbly...
