Overloaded Heal vs Druushk sure helps. You should tbh realize though that it's not reasonable at all that OH is zonewide. I wouldn't call it an exploit or bug or whatever, but I cannot imagine it works as intended. It doesn't make sense when your heal has a 20m range, that a proc from your heal has a zonewide range.
That being said, I am a fan of OH as well.
