Tragen's Heavy Ring
This isn't super uber but ended up being a nice update for me over the fabled t7 stuff and a lot of other legendary t8.

It can be bought at the Skelross camp. Especially nice for erudites who get the 5% cast speed increase as a racial trait.
Was actually thinking about replacing Signet of Thugga with this until I realized I was still using the circle of unity from tunarian throne room.
