I was TDY for a week and when I got back to town I fired up EQ2 and picked up my 76 Templar in JW right where I left him and I can't fight any more. A blue no-arrow mob whooped me....hmmm, ok, maybe my armor is broken...nope, it's at 90%...must have dozed off a bit, let me go back and try again. I get into a fight with another blue mob and I'm barely maintaining my own, but then I get hit by two more roaming blues and I go down...stunned....interrupted...dead. This repeats a few more times until I have to repair my armor....I can't get anywhere. I used to be able to run mobs off getting to my needed area, but now, hit, stunned, interrupted, dead...the same reason I quit playing my templar a couple of years ago.

I return to town and unload my pockets, fix my armor, then hit the broker for some adornments. Most of my gear is adorned and Mastercrafted/Legendary/Fabled. I adorn everything I can. I spent about 15P total upgrading gear. All my spells are ADPIII in T8, T7 spells are M1 across the board, no exceptions. I'm now level 77 and started out with ADPIII spells, as I always do.

I head back out to JW...attempt to get to my needed mobs....stun...interrupt....dead...WTF! I look at spell casting order...nothing has changed...but I change it up a bit, and I still can't run off mobs again. WTF!!!! I talk to an 80 INQ buddy who does some research and decides that my AA's need revamping. I changed the AA's to be INT 4,4,8,8,1 AGI 4,4,8 and STR 4,4,1 (Please bear in mind I'm at work and might have these wrong...I am also not at 140 AA's yet...if you flame me for not remembering exactly I'll tell you to get a drool cup. If needed, I'll fix these when I get home to get valid answers.) I go out again grouped with the 80 INQ and things are not like they were last time I played, but they did seem somewhat better.

Later on I went out adventuring on my own again....stun, interrupt, and dead. FUCK YOU SOE, WTF DID YOU DO TO MY TEMPLAR? I couldn't do anything, if I left the relatively safe confines of town and got hit by anything, even once; I was dead with no chance to fight for myself. I was damned near in tears, this is insane...this is my only entertainment and although I enjoy a challenge I want at least a small chance of not getting my ass kicked by one lone mushroom...this is crazy.

To that end, does anyone have any comments on any updates that took place while I was gone? Any suggestions for gear I can buy? Any suggestions for AA setup for soloing? My grouping and raiding abilities seem to be perfectly intact, except for I'm now getting agro EVERY pull PERIOD...no exceptions...I get agro and it's sort of funny to watch...however, if I hit a no-hate-me spell, they immediately turn back to the tank and all is fine.

Please, no flames, I'm looking for good constructive assistance and guidance, if you can't do that keep your fucking mouth (and keyboard) silent.

I'm having no problems soloing on my Templar with any AA set up, atm. Dont know what to tell you, man.

Remember to buff yourself? tbh I can't think of much else.

If it's that bad, you're doing something horribly wrong.

Fighting tripple-ups, wearing grey gear, using the wrong Tier of spells, aggroing dozens of mobs, forgetting to cast reactives... something.

I really wish I knew what happened. I parked him in KJ, went TDY, came back, and took off from there...and it was a completely different experience. I've been playing him for a couple of years...I did check for mistakes and I took the initiative to check gear, AA's, and spell order. I don't know what's up. My SK buddy told me something happened to him also and he's having issues now...but I don't know all the details other than he told me I have to help him with blues now.

Someone knows....somewhere.

I'm out trying to fight again this evening...I can take a blue no arrow mob if I concentrate 100% and chain stun them....and at that, I end in the yellow with no power. I'm about ready to ask a dev or someone to log into my toon and tell me what's wrong....but I changed nothing. I was kicking yellow ^ asses, went TDY, came back and can't fight my way out of a wet paper sack.

This has ripped my enjoyment completely away from my gaming and as such I see no reason to keep paying...I need to find a less frustrating form of entertainment.

I've tried different mobs....
Everyone I've talked to in guild has gone down the same route, but let me state again, officially and for the record. I was parked in KJ...went TDY for a week, came home, and started exactly where I had left off...the week prior I was smoking blues and even Yellow ^ weren't an issue....when I came home NO CHANGES MADE!!!! I can no longer solo, at all...period. I can't take a freakin ape or a shroom...period.
I CHANGED NOTHING, I WAS GONE FOR A WEEK.
I don't care about slow, I care about no chance in hell.
