Default Regarding cure changes for templars..

Very minimal, but in case you were wondering what the wording and stuff would be.. here you go.

10m range on cure, something needs to change there.

Thats going to suck for some fights very badly, aka refusing to cure unless people come back to me badly, if its not a trauma/arcane that I can group cure and remove from range.

Assuming the group cure's range wasn't decreased also.

So, here's a question, not that it really matters much as I think I'm gonna spec out of manacure anyhow, but here goes.

Does the reactive only stay up for only two charges total, or two charges of each detrimental type?

I.E. target gets hit by poison debuff, I cast cure, then mob a hits him with another poison effect and mob B hits the target with a trauma effect. Mob A then hits the target with another poison effect. Since this is the second poison effect after casting cure does this get a reactive or are is the reactive only good for two total hits?

By the effects wording listed in green, the reactive heal should work exactly as it does now on live.

> target gets hit by poison debuff, I cast cure
Target receives Noxious Reactive
> then mob a hits him with another poison effect
Target uses one trigger of Noxious Reactive (1 left)
> and mob B hits the target with a trauma effect.
Nothing happens
> Mob A then hits the target with another poison effect.
Target uses one trigger of Noxious Reactive (0 left)

The enhancements are still worded the same, so the trauma damage will not cause anything to happen as Trauma Reactive is not present.

In that case, if you're spec'd for cures and have some power to burn, it might not be a bad idea to cast cure on MT once in a while to keep an additional reactive up, and who knows, you might actually get lucky and cure an effect when doing it!

Well, no... that's how it used to work. Now you only place a reactive on a target when you actually cure an effect. If you cure nothing, no reactive is placed. Notice how I said nothing happens when the trauma damage occurs? Perhaps I should have said while the reactive works the same way, it is not placed on the target in the same way.

Really, the change is negative for all enhanced cures. All of them are preemptive in nature, and yet now require a reactive stance in order to take effect. So if the effect does not occur often, it will be wasted.
