Well, no... that's how it used to work. Now you only place a reactive on a target when you actually
cure an effect. If you cure nothing, no reactive is placed. Notice how I said nothing happens when the trauma damage occurs? Perhaps I should have said while the reactive works the same way, it is not placed on the target in the same way.
Really, the change is negative for all enhanced cures. All of them are preemptive in nature, and yet now require a reactive stance in order to take effect. So if the effect does not occur often, it will be wasted.
