Well if that is what you meant, then they do stack.
I see one, or the other, or both proc all the time.
When i get home from work I will test this out and get some screenies. I might just be on crack

yeah ive tested this out of the last few days, and I dont have a problem proc'ing both the claymore arm and the bangle at the same time, however it dosnt seem that they stack (as is they both apply at the same time to reactives).

Thats good to know.

Like I said before I was pretty sure they didn't but that was way back when TnT released.

So with 1000-1200 WIS, we'e talking about a 200-240 boost to reactives... this is probably to shut up people saying that reactives are underpowered in RoK raid content. I can imagine this gives nice crits with Amplify Healing and Gravitas.

Yeah, it really isn't great and I can't believe they even bothered wasting time putting such a lame effect on it. /shrug

Did you guys see the inquis upgrade? Seems they skipped balanced upgrade and went right to overpowered.
