Yes it does proc off of mages. When I am in the caster group thats all I put it on and its enough for me to not have to interrupt my dpsing to keep all of the chokers healed (combined with my HoT/ward procs). Parse it if you dont believe me lol. Illus/Necro combo ftw!

And I think I could get a 3k (or at least close) ZW in soh if I were in the mage group. Was over 2k ZW the other night in mt group... But I'm always usually in the MT group.

I put it on an illusionist for a couple raids, went through logs, and only his melee attacks procced glory. I couldn't find one spell that procced it.

According to the spell description, which I just looked at a mere 2 seconds ago, it says "On a successful attack" which means Melee and Ranged only will proc it.

If indeed it does now proc from spell attacks, it just goes to make Templars even more grossly overpowered than they need to be.

Ok perhaps I'm wrong. This is something I have recently started doing since I too thought it was only melee. A friend of mine in Confirmed told me that it worked well on casters to keep the chokers up so I accepted it w/o parsing for myself. Damn I guess my procs do one hell of a job if that wasnt glory keeping those damn choker casters full health lol. I will parse tonight for myself to clerify.

It's glory

I was in group with 4 or 5 chokers in Soh, 2 of them mele. Glory was around 70% of my heals and 10% overflow(i guess..cba log and look how this earing proc called, group heal on hostile spell)

another new question, who all can tell me where to get the pieces with Overloaded Heal on them, are there any specific quests that give them as rewards, any drop zones?

The Bone Hoops are from the Skorpikis camp quests in JW and are soloable.

Another Legendary one comes from Reet faction, but those are Sebilis quests so you will need a group. I think one of the beginning quests is The Reet Goes On
