It's not the clerics fault that Fyreflyte refuses to make decient plate helms so we won't screw over the shamans. /shrug

The 'official' thread is mostly about the green dragon shield but afraid if I start a new one I'll get scolded for duplicate threads and it get locked.

We've had this shield drop once in a lot of Hate runs. Now, if I'm going to gear toward making it to VP, I'm going to most likely have to spend all my dkp on the shield to improve our chances of getting there because of course all the priests need this shield not just the templars.

Just frustrating that he didn't figure out this was overpowered six months ago. But that's a different rant I guess and just more of the same thing we've come to expect.

That helm should be worn by all healers who can equip it. It's totally over powered. I don't understand why shamans would have preference over clerics. Because it's chain? That's probably the last thing I look at when deciding whether to roll on something.

It doesn't stack, and it Regenerates fast enough that the Cleric should be wearing Tangrin's Helm instead.

I don't have acess to tangrins helm yet and I need to wait for the third drop. MT then OT then me. But it is on my list.

I also don't have access to Tangrin gear yet. I know that when only our MT shaman had the hat, it accounted for 14% of her zonewide. When I got the hat (MT Templar), it accounted for 14% of mine. The kicker is that her zonewide stayed at 14%. That tells me that it stacks pretty damn well.

Of course you can't both have the ward up on a given group member. But it procs infrequently enough that you can get a lot of extra bang for the buck with two in the group.
