Hi Guys
I'm just after some feedback on how you picked your armour and jewlery to help balance the stats needed for the templar for solo ang group play.
So far I've picked +wis/sta/int for my armour and 50% of my jewlery is +int/sta/wis and the other 50% is +str/ata/agi. My thinking is that the +wis on the armour is for the power pool/resists for group play and the 50% of jewlery of +str/sta/agi helps with the mele crits for extra dmg when soloing.
I should say my current build is STA 4-4-8-7, Int 4-4-8-8-1, I have smite wrath in templar tree and working towards blessings. I have MC armour and adept3 for my main heals/nukes and I'm lv 58 at the moment.
1.So should I have +str/sta/int armour? is this still ok for when I need to group play? Im sure it will help me solo play. Maybe the loss of the +wis on every peice my power to low?..or maybe I wont notice it to much?
2. By mixing my jewlery stats, is that a bad idea?.should it all be +wis/sta/int for example.

I'm not rich enough to have several sets of armour and jewlery, so I'm trying to balance my stats for solo and group play.

Ah, was about to say "fuck stats", then I read you were lvl 58. Nvm me, no clue. I avoided templarish soloing by betraying to inq.

soloing on a templar is not really that bad given the right gear and aa spec. smite wraths, maxing out battle ferver (double attack and shield effectiveness in the sta line) and max melee crits. str line is also very nice for soloing. on my templar most of my damage zw comes from crushing. so you need to get a badass 2hander. cast your reactives prebattle, turn yaulp on and swing away. make sure that you time your spells between swings of your auto attack. using this setup you can kill almost anything. granted not as fast soloing as other classes but in general i didn't think it was THAT bad. killed things in a decent timeframe.
