Re-cast gear

I have read EQ2 Flames and Station.com forums and haven't seen a post regarding gear that increases re-cast times. If anyone has a list it would be greatly appreciated

There are some other effects that reduce recast, such as the ring from Fallen Dynasty, but wtf...
