well if u don't take sanct, even for heroic/solo, i don't know what to say...

Maybe you should say: "You dont fucking need enhanced Sanctuary anywhere for heroic, let alone solo content, so pick the fucking daze/stun". Or you might tell me one, even one situation where enhanced Sanct makes a difference, nom-raid.

Recast reduction would have been much better, but oh well, maybe they'll change it later.

Longer duration is better on Sanctuary, imo. Between JCap and/or RoA, Sanctuary is down far enough on the recast.

When using Sanct against fear AOEs, recast is more important obviously, but against fear damage shields, duration rocks more.
Though some templars seem to have found solo and heroic content with fear AOEs and fear dmg shields /rolleyes

Without a doubt, but the question was does anything in heroic/solo content actually need it.
And personally haven't run into anything yet that does.

Side Note/Update: So I reworked the few AA's I have, and busted out Blessings. Good lord Blessings is awesome. With the added Mark/GOC and Stone skin procs I can writ grind like mad, so much easier.

with jcap, RoA, and ragged felt cloak clicked, was able to get sanc to just over a minute recast.
