Steadfast = no interrupt.
Once they fix allied prayers so that the heal goes off when you are casting it might be even more useful. However, there are certain situations I might not use it like ot on gynok. With that many mobs for a good duration you'll get more out of the reactive, that is basically the only occasion I can think of though.
