If ya have TSO then start running instances for shards. Pretty decent gear there for non-raiders. Slamhammer in RE3 drops a very nice cloak. Also make sure ya do all the quest lines in RoK. There are some pretty good rewards there also.
Honestly if ya run thru the RoK timelines & do instnaces in TSO you will pretty well geared up until ya rdy to raid.
