The twins don't do dick for AE, it hits for like nothing. Switchmaster has one AE that does anything with how we kill him, and that AE is on a pretty long timer. Ab also doesn't really do much. As far as group healing goes, all 3 of those encounters are super weak.

But they *do* do aes... OK it's not the hardest zone in the universe, and you may be the uberest templar in the world who just needs fart to heal the entire raid... but my point was that through the entire zone, being careful to keep Dire Intercession running at all times... I got 5 triggers on single targets of Allied Prayers... I would have expected more than that. That's all... I will take care to write a full and exhastive thesis taking into consideration all the zones you deem worthy of testing in before posting again... sheesh

I am wondering its effectiveness on instance runs with choker wearers. I find myself casting a group heal after the fight to level everyone off. If the last cast expires between pulls it would do this for me. Same would go for raid trash but there isn't much time between pulls there.

I have to agree though, during the limited time I used it on beta I didn't find it very useful. Seems like a great idea when you read it but in practice it doesn't seem to heal much.

Works well in when in an OT group, especially if solo healing it, with any fight that has an AE or multiple mobs for your OT to tank. Chokers are meh, mainly because fucking choker damage still don't touch reactive triggers.

But it does help give a bit of a cushion for choker users on fights with AEs.

I'm liking the single target quick cast/recast DH AA more and more when I play the templar with all of the recast gear becoming available. Cross healing is a complete joke of how easy it is now to keep other groups alive when using click to cast with profit ui or the like.

Choker damage doesn't trigger reactives? I didn't know that. It's pretty silly... Does the same happen with wards?

Wards absorb choker damage just fine. Shield of Faith for the win.

It's somewhat debatable. If every little thing triggered reactives, then they would be wasted even more than usual. It's hard to say if choker damage is negligible enough though. It's like 500 per cast, right? So 1/3 to 1/2 of a reactive charge? As I said, debatable.

There are days where I have to inspect people in my group to make sure they are wearing it because it seems like they are never dropping hp. I'd rather not have it trigger reactives.
