Rocet Nife is AMAZING! The reactive miracle is basically 20-second invincibility for your group as long as the person you put it on is getting hit, and the reuse speed increase is amazing as well!
And I don't know exactly how it works, but I wouldn't trust Empowered Prayer farther than I could throw it. One time I used it, I got my power up from 30% to 100% in no time flat. The other time, it never powerhealed ANYONE. Methinks that it only works for yourself, and that it will only restore any power if it actually heals any HP. Further investigation is needed, though.
