Empowered Prayer: what's the conversion ratio between heal received and power replenished? 1:1?

Devout Healing: Does the heal reactivate infinitely for 20 seconds or does it cancel after one hit? If it cancels it's pretty poo, if it lasts 20 seconds it's OP. It doesn't state that it has x amount of uses, but maybe it's to be assumed as 1?

Soothing spirit: Does the pet heal/buff/what? HOT heals? How often?

Armor of Faith: Does the 33% count for wards or just heal spells?

Hard to say if this is a good suggestion for others or not. But I go with Quellious.

Not because of any of her blessings or miracles. I never use those things except for like Incinerate from Solo Ro. But her pet is straight +wisdom instead of wis/agi for Tunare.

With the Templar mythical, the added wisdom equated to maybe +25 healing on my already capped reactives. (The mythical raises the base healing, not adding +healing to the end)

So when it came to me who does not use miracle/blessings at all, I thought why not help out my capped reactives any way I can.

After going with Rodcet I find myself actually often using miracles and blessings, which I never did before.
Tranquil Blessing: For 10 mins, increases the reuse speed of beneficial spells by 25%.
Ward of Devotion: For 20 seconds, 30% chance to absorb an attack on your target, up to 2 attacks total.

The Rodcet pet is also 33 wisdom but has the bonus of being a valkyrie, which I think looks pretty cool.

the tribunal also has a straight wisdom pet and is neutral (for evil healers) and has a nifty blessing: scales of justice. 20% of all damage is converted into Hp for 1 minute (self only though)
Couple of damage buffs and a '30% damage comes from power instead' as well.

No healing mods though

Since I am often OT templar I would think the wis/agi of tunare would help with shield ally and what not
