If 16 strength gives you 3dps you may want to consider adornments and your gear.

Esp now in tso ya should aim for 100% heal crit in group you are in...
if that mean ya need the crit from aa then take it.
the reason for this is that some items now got heal crit bonus... If ya got 100% heal crit mean that heal crit bonus is actual same as heal base increase.

for the rest if ya got a tank in ya group ya should go for Shield ally and also for the shield eff inc

ask templars cast speed is rate SLOW, so ya sure want the INT line.

If ya need steadfast (only phew mobs recuire this tho) i drop the heal crit line and rest of the point i get out the INT line.
