Where do the Ethernaught collections and Sig quest rewards fit in. I think the Cencer would be a good item for tempys.

EverQuest II Players - Item - Black Enameled Plate Bracers
These are very very bad. Bad bad bad!

I was wearing them to test them out while soloing (and I never seemed to notice them proc while solo or when I tried to use them on the dummy) and forgot to change them out for a raid.

When you pre-heal the tank, if he has the mob targeted, you just pulled the mob. Every time. They don't have a chance to proc, they always proc. So unless you are doing something so easy you don't need to put reactives up before the pull, stay away from these!

Mine are muted now.

Fact!

I wiped my raid last night when I was pre casting for the pull.

Heh, what's the maximum casting range on them? Could be alternate to pet pulling.

I got them very early on, only used them a couple times, it actually gives the damage to the person you are casting on. Not sure the range, but i pulled an avatar a couple times as we were forming up (Wasn't KOS so i was close).

I'd guess probably 10-15m.

I was asking in WW temp channel about them when i first got them, and haven't used them since.

Yeah, the hoop is extremely nice, although I wonder if they meant to say it was runic cover or an entirely new proc and just mislabled it? As far as the belt, I meant to add it several days ago but I kept losing the link. It's a very nice piece if you are lacking in power.

The other two items that were suggested are nice, but I didn't want to make the list too long. I focused on the top items then kept generally 2-3 items that were single-group or solo drops.
