What are peoples feelings on the hate 2.0 items.

I've only seen a smattering, and i'm a mage group inquis. The 5 haste/reuse offhand is interesting to me since my heal crit is through the roof and I never got a brace. The wrist with 5 reuse/4hc also is better than the xebnok one but I doubt its needed over more more dps oriented stuff i'd use (ritual talisman/ykulka) and not as powerful as the unnerfed blackened pearlescent.

I have heard that Faded Black Hood's ward does not regenerate like the Runed Etched Helm. So it still escapes me if I want to shoot for that. The crit mit is nice, the Heal Crit Bonus is nice, the ward kicks ass. But if it doesn't regen I have a feeling REH is still better.

Added the dictionary. I'm sure there's more new items out of the new zones, but I just haven't been paying attention close enough. The x2 fabled would basically sit above the t2 legendary set as every item is simply upgraded from that, but in nearly every case not better than the item higher.
