Got off my butt to update the Lavastorm updated x2 gear.

For the rings, I still see around 50-90 heals (2%ish) off Forgiveness in MT group. It's not great, but I feel that the other options are still behind; even the Void Guidance ring's 5 haste only translates to a few potential percentage of extra healing speed and it's a bit behind in heal mod, on which people may value differently depending how much they like mashing their group heal. But, I've been known to be wrong, and besides not everyone listens to me anyway!

I hope Munzok has a nice healer ring.

As I added stuff, I removed some of the no-longer dropping rok avatar loot, not all of it, just a few pieces here and there. There's still some items out there that are worthy of being on this list, but I don't have their links handy. Tbh, I blame Iheals imo~
