I'm not so sure. The Kurns one has 15% shield effectiveness. If that translates into a direct protection modifier, 632*1.15 = ~727. Assuming that shield effectiveness is a linear modifier without a reachable cap.

Shield Effectiveness caps at 100%, and you also have consider the shield effectiveness you get from AA's. Not that it really matters, the Kurns shield is the best all around.

Don't you be sad. Even if you raided that instance, it wouldn't drop or people would get annoyed from the Rouland fight (because they're nubs).

Come to think of it, the fight after Rouland is annoying as hell, too. And the one after that too.

Yea but... I dunno. Shitty impairments that the healers dps because they can't do anything else? Then there's curing arcane off the guys who can't move at Rouland. Not to forget the crappy uncurable impairments at the fight after. It's like they desperately want to make druids viable, but it's still bullshit.

only thing that stops this from being a 30 min zone is selling all of the sub par loot because the 3 items people might want don't drop.

I think that's essentially it. The best item for its slot mingled in with stuff no one wants. If it was x4 content, maybe my guild would do it just because... but not for x2. (I don't know why)
