If you plan on consistently using a damage intercepting item like Mortal Coil, take Steadfast.

As a casual raider, you probably wouldnt need Steadfast in ROK. In TSO, no clue yet.

To echo Mafoe, yeah, I doubt you'd really find a need for SF in TSO... off hand I can't think of any encounters (for a casual) that stiffle or interrupt... or, if they do interrupt, that interrupt is accompanied by a KB so it doesn't matter if you're spec'd for it or not. However, if you're in a guild that still clears SoH, it's still pretty useful for Byzola-- came in handy on Trak, too iirc. But TSO casual content, it seems like it's not integral. So, if you're hurting on heal crits, might as well stick with the aa setup that you have and just have a SF spec in your mirror.

Then again, you also said you're primarily going to be in the OT group... and depending on your guild's progression (like, if you're only doing RoK content or not bothering with Xebnok/Gynok/Penta/etc in TSO), you may not really need to be AGI spec'd... I mean, what good does it do you to be blocking for a person who isn't taking constant hits? And if that's the case, why not have fun with your AAs and spec a tad more for DPS? STR line for Bolt of Power, STA line for melee crits (and heal crits if you need them), Int line for crits and casting speed-- and then have your AGI line saved to your mirror for when you're in the position of needing it.

Ultimately, it's up to you. For me, STR/AGI/INT works.

For your Shadows tree, if you're just looking for survivability, just put your aa in what seems logical-- heals and buffs. And you asked about the general line... I'm sure you know this by now, but you have to invest 10 in that, so if you want run speed, go for it. I put my 10 in HP and Power, but that's because I'm boring.

Gearwise, if you're EoF geared, you're probably hurting the most with your jewelry items-- at least that's what I've noticed with healers who have returned to the game from a break. I haven't really even looked at the shard armor (aside from the 8% shoulders), but if it's just a scaled down version of the fabled set, it seems like it would be a solid place to start. The HQ (Dark mail) gloves treated me well... seemed to constantly proc... and that HQ was pretty quick (this is assuming you don't have the EMG).
