Casting Expertise not adding to spell crit/damage?

This is weird, but I just noticed that if I cast Casting Expertise, which is supposed to increase spell damage and spell crit by 5%, looking in my persona screen both of these do not go up. Is this bugged or am I looking in the wrong place?

Examine skills before and after the buff. The discription should show the differense. Crit bonus is shown there too.

He is right - healing stance with it's 5% crit bonus does not show up in the persona window either.

That said, did anyone check ind etail if it actually applies the boni?

Alot of bonuses do not show in the persona window.

If the bonus is not worded perfectly the persona window will not display despite the effect still being applied.

So is it a bug, or intentional? Is it meant to be a plus to your general spell crit/spell amount or something else? I'm confused as to why it doesn't show on the persona. For that matter what about the heal stats like Kandra is asking as well.

Are you in healing stance when you are checking? You don't get any benefit from the liturgy buffs when in healing stance.

No, I don't even have healing stance yet. (162 AA).

What's with casting speed for beneficial, and separatedly, for hostile spells? I just found the general cast speed.
