Base heal on boots and pants, 2 crit bonus on hat (not that you would use it), and 3 heal crit on pants. I think the gloves might have gained crit too not that I'd ever use those either.

+2 crit bonus on boots
+3 crit chance on helm
+2 crit bonus on helm
+3 crit chance on greaves
+2 crit bonus on greaves
+1 crit chance on gloves
+1 beneficial cast speed on gloves (wtf)

Why would you wear the SOH gloves over the 6 set bonus? That only makes sense when solo healing.

edit: Does anybody else think that the +20% heal crit bonus is retarded on the T3 set? With all the +crit bonus around, I either wouldn't need the heal crit (trash fights), or if I need it to get the most out of my crit bonus, I wouldn't rely on the proc to be up?

Sad that after all the comments about it in beta for the T1 and T2 armor, there STILL isn't much INT or STR on this set.

Because it's the HEALING SET? It's not meant for DPS.......

That's true but they made INT our crit mit stat and then took it off all our armor. If you look back at older armor most of what had WIS also had INT... I didn't expect a huge amount but it seems like for this expansion every time I upgrade my INT gets lower. At least in this case it seems to break even.
