Shield Ally vs Steadfast vs ect?????
I am wrestling with my Cleric AA's as I want it all but can't have it . With our limits we can have at the most 3 desirerable effects which leads me to ask the question which is the most important lines to go down.
My intial thought is Going down Str line and getting Steadfast as this can be most usefull in all areas.
2nd is going down Int line maxing out spell casting and getting divine recovery. Same thought of effectiveness.
Now I have to choose between Sta and Agi. Do I grab Shield Ally and handicap my Heal Crit? Or do I beef up my Heal Crits and sacrifice avoidance going to the tank.
Any help and comments would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Shield Ally vs Steadfast vs ect?????
Heal crit is a massive waste. There is a ton of heal crit available from items off very easily killed raid mobs this expansion.

Re: Shield Ally vs Steadfast vs ect?????
Hell even in last expansion it was a waste. I am specced for steadfast, max shield ally and holy shield, and then int line minus divine recovery. IMO this is the ultimate heal spec. Not to mention the only time I need to respec is when I want to dps and parse well.
I'm at work, otherwise I would post my spec, but look up kuraja on crushbone and you can see how I spent my AA's.

Re: Shield Ally vs Steadfast vs ect?????
Last night I buffed up my heal crit to 88 percent with 15 percent bonus, add a coecer to the mix I would be at 104% not including pots. Is there a cap on heal crit? If not what is the return after 100 percent does anyone know? Thanks for the help

Re: Shield Ally vs Steadfast vs ect?????
have 2 specs??
STR/AGI/STA - heal crit put extra points wherever you want.
AGI/STA - heal crit/INT + Divine Recovery
Seems the easiest to me.
If you are on a fight that needs steadfast, i.e. something rather difficult you probably dont really NEED the extra casting speed and dmg crit, yes its nice, but its not NEEDED.
I am mostly agi/sta/int specced for everything but MOST avatars and zarrakon.
Recently I put a couple points into the bigass Green undead nuke from the WIS line lol 8k nukes on the gynok encounter is kinda fun.

Re: Shield Ally vs Steadfast vs ect?????
I spec STR/AGI/INT for raid
STR 4,4,6,8,2
AGI 4,4,7,8,2
INT 4,4,4,8
And I have an alternate spec for pvp
STR 4,4,8,6,2
STA 4,4,4,8
INT 4,4,7,8,2
I like to bring my PvP spec on mobs where i'm not required in the MT group because i find DR helpful on the adds for tyrannus and i like to pop it with sanctuary on mobs with the control reactives cause it's a nice little boost for the dps in my group. I just like to rely on steadfast without thinking about it so i use it in both my specs and i'm usually so over the top with healcrit that i just don't find the STA line useful in raid for any reason.

Is there any advantage to actually spec'ing holy shield?

its freaking awesome?
AE immunity to anyone in your group, every 2 mins at max. Its a badass spell, use able on any encounter in the game, with good results.
