Rolling Pin Bug?

I won rolling pin tonight and noticed that the effect proced showed it effected Repent on tooltip but didn't actually apply when cast on repent, Anyone else notice this bug?

I suppose you're talking about the bug that's connected to all items with the effect "increases next heal by x%" ?

Don't confuse the buff not getting eaten with it not applying.

Isnt that exactly what he is describing? same old same old? It should apply to the next heal, but in fact it applies to all current healing spells until you cast the next heal

So what this is, then, is if I've got my group reactive and single-target reactive up, and I cas a group heal, proc'ing the effect, I shouldn't cast anymore heals until the reactives have triggered?

Exactly, under no circumstances should you cast a heal if you trigger it until all of your reactive procs have been used up, even contemplating whether or not to cast a heal would be borderlining on stupidity.
