Mutagenic Burst?

I've been hearing rumors about Mutagenic Burst MAXIMIZING Templar DPS, but when I looked at the effect, it doesn't seem like it'd do this for grouping, since it procs off of damage the wearer takes. Is there some hidden bug or glitch to this that makes it work like the "Unstable" forearms from Lower Guk, or did I hear wrong and it only works for soloing?

That makes sense. Thanks a lot, Slippery. If you don't mind me asking, would you (or anyone) reccomend using the Mortal Coil with the Mutagenic Burst gear? I'm an OT Templar, so I don't need to be on full-heal status all the time, and I'm thinking this would be fun to do on mobs that don't require an offtank.

I used to use the burst earring all the time since my earrings suck. It does okay on certain encounters with the mt. It really isn't anything special except on a few encounters.

yep. and doesnt fucking drop. were having a pal trying to get it.. im pretty certain hes at like 40 runs and hasnt seen it yet, he got tons of lv 80 masters for the groupmembers but no MB

Mortail coil will not work. People should test shit out and not just spew out useless bull shit. The few proc people are getting is from taking damage directly from the mob.

Go mentor a friend will choker and try it out on a mob/dummy.

You should test shit out before you open your mouth, it most definitely works. This would just be another glaring example of you understanding nothing about game mechanics and how shit works.
