Where's the point under the cap from which on you would consider faster casting useless? Because i don't think there is one, faster is always better.

Those are quite limited though, especially on chest slot items, so they might come into conflict with the crimson robe.

Especially for the chest slot there is an easily obtainable one from Phara Dar with 6% reuse , tho I am using another bp over it for power reasons on the fights that matter
