If you are using items like Arm of Ellrosi (sp) , and Totem of Ankexfen, the proc off that will affect your other heal procs.

Its because once a proc has landed in your maintained/effects window it can be affected by things like arm of erolissi and totem etc.

zarrakon earring, reh and even soh gloves are doing that.

The initial proc is the regular base amount, but when it ticks for the regen portion or another proc lands, it gets increased in value.

As you can see from the incosistencies with procs still being affected or not or behaving weird, that their code is pretty fragmented and that procs are handled in about a dozen different ways. Let's hope they dont break it one day.

Yeah.... I had to do PUR's to get my helm since my guild doesn't seem to think it is worth thier time to do SoH.

I am glad I am not the only one that likes pissing the shamans off parsing higher than them or equal all the time.
