Maybe i'm retarded or missed an exploit, but to me this seems rather vague, and when vague things are in patch notes i can't help but think i just got hit somehow with a nerf hammer.

Anyone with a GM-Decoder ring care to explain what this means?

I believe there was an issue where our reactives would not be affected by wisdom changes unless there was an equipment change on our character. So wisdom buffs wouldn't always help our reactives when our mythical was equipped. At least that's what Aeralik implied. I never really noticed it.

Aeralik said the bug was introduced with GU51. I sorta noticed it when I was on Test... guess they fixed it for Live.
