Ok, so a lot of hardcore raiding guilds utilize 2 templars because we're uber. And a lot of us are the 2nd templar in a hardcore raiding guild which leaves little healing to do in easy zones and time to DPS. For example, in FTH an offtank is not needed in any encounters so there is very little for a 2nd templar to do healing-wise.

Looking over the AA specs in the other thread, I see a lot of Templars specc'd for DPS (like I am) which brings me to this topic.

Let's see some top zonewide templar DPS parses. If you have a zonewide that you are proud of, post it in this thread.

I'll go first. Freethinker's Hideout is an awesome zone for this thread. Every guild still does it, it's quick to do, and doesn't require an offtank. Also, most of the mobs are undead which helps our DPS from Holy Strike. And now that Treyloth's reflect is broken, it allows for even better zw's.

havent finished League quest so no League set ( i know im slackin ) and didnt have chance to dps on Malkonis fight..

Im in the same boat. Secondary tank templar dps spec'ed. I can usually parse 700 easy in raid if its not a off tank mob. I dont have any proc/int gear to help out my dps thou.

Hrm, i'm usually in the mt group for FTH but i was rewarded by being in the caster group recently (i was a really good boy) during a lyceum run.
For some background i'm specced 4-4-7-8 stamina and 4-4-8-8-1 int in cleric tree, and all the way thru the smite line with the 2 nukes capped and rest spread thru the line on the templar tree.

zonewide->1125 (was at 1276 before vilucidae but i swear he hits hard as anything in eof still, saw several 1600+ parses in zone)
group->me,troub,coercer,conj,wiz,warlock (sat at 600ish int)
gear-> twisted mahogony staff,mo proc helm,relic bp,bone clasped girdle,phh neck,melee proc earring,white unicorn wrist,fitzpizzles orb.
(sorry bout some names but i'm horrible with them)
adornments->20% haste on staff, 45 divine dmg on fitzpizzles, some int on earrings and a wrist.

Zone wide just now for for MMIS was 997, including mayong. I was in the MT group, but not much healing was needed by me due to the set up. I put on all my dps gear and was trying to get a high zone wide.

Berserker, Swashbuckler, Coercer, Defiler, Warden with Impetus put on me by the Coercer.

High DPS is possible but...why? Templar is probably the hardest class to DPS with.

By hardest...do you mean...put on vrak club yalup and cast up unawnsering hammer when its up and keep your 1 dor rolling on the mob.....yes I find that hard too. your a fucking retard if you can't auto attack and cast 2 things.
