I don't figure this is possible, but since other +spell% dmg spells seem to stack, and it casts Spiritweaver's Fury on target of spell. So say i do a group heal, and by luck it proc's on multiple people.

The buff clearly states "increases GROUP members' spell & CA dmg". With two of those running, because it proced twice, does that effectively mean a 10% increase for those 12 seconds, Or does it not stack?

Though I don't know why they don't have the buff land on the caster... essentially it would follow the same sort of rules of two players of the same class casting the same buff. Even if there are two icons, only the more powerful(usually) takes effect.

There are only rare cases where the same buff or debuff will stack. Most of the debuffs coming from SoH and they specifically claim to stack from multiple people.
