Default Is Spurn working

I sometimes box a templar with my necro, and noticed something interesting yesterday. I would cast coil on my necro, and it'd start doing like 303/298/302...that kind of thing. Then, I hit Spurn from the Templar, and the coil started hitting for 260/255/262, you get the idea.

I then cancelled the Spurn, and the coil was hitting 300's again.

So, I had never actually checked to see what Spurn did, but I always assumed it was working. Did I miss the boat and this has never worked, or was this a one time screwup that prob just goofed that time?

Spurn only lowers physical resists. Crushing/slashing/peircing.

Shouldn't affect coil one way or the other.

Interesting. I just tested it too and it's not making any difference on any of my nukes. Doesn't even affect the shocker damage. This definately needs to be looked in to.

Spurn is only physical (crushing/slashing/peircing) resist only which is affects melee dmg.. so its not gonna do any difference to nukes or shocker or whatever other than melee dmg. i tested it on duel and it lowered mit ..
so answer is yes spurn is working

The proc rate is only for the heal, so the debuff part actually is on 100% of the time.
