Wondering if the Severe Judgement AA line is broken, on D'Lizta Viswin

I've had Severe judgement maxxed for awhile now.

I haven't checked everything, but on all other mobs I can remember looking at, I crit 100%, but I do not on this vamp. Does something about it's stat debuff bork this AA?

Tonight it was
Crush 195 hits 185 Crit

Went back briefly over previous parses and I never hit 100% on this mob. Haven't checked on others.

I was under the impression 100% crit meant 100%, not just in certain situations. Is anyone else seeing this? Is there something about this encounter that removes my AA?

Wonder what other AA's might not be working as described.

Dosent one of the defence abilities give a chance to avoid a crit? thats all i can think of. and it would explain why some abilities have 100%+ chance to work.

Slightly old thread, but melee crit chance has always been normalized by target's level. You get a 1% chance innately, then add whatever your AAs and items do. After that you will get more OR less melee crits depending on if the mob is above or below you in level. Orange mobs will always give you less than 100%, even though AAs bring you to 101% listed. Although you can get like 118% with a Dirge or something... might make 100% then.
