switch targets and cast involuntary healing and mark on every mob in the group.

Ya, but the 1234 think on works on the target you have targeted. Click to cure is fastest after that for other people in group.
on my UI I have the group and player window moved down closer to the hotbars so i can click to cure and get back to the heals faster then going form 1 end of the screen to the other.
And Oh yes, definately agree with you on the putting Mark and IC on as many mobs as you can. Sometimes the mobs don't like long enough for them to matter on multiple mobs, but on mob like double blood colosus....you will see HUGE numbers from those 2 spells.

Re: Casting Order! and Tips.
Personally, I have my main heals/reactives on 1 thru =, float my mouse along the group window for Click-to-Cure, and the rest I know blind anyway. I don't really "click" on the cures themselves unless I see someone running off who is obviously feared, or someone out of group is calling for a cure.
I've always been more of a Keyboard person vs clicking all my spells. My hands tens to cramp after long raids from the constant ALT/CTRL combos. I'll see if I can get a SS posted from raid.

I switch back and forth. i have all my keys mapped to my numpad also for quick pressing after cures.

Question: Do the click to cure UIs cancel your current spellcast when you cure someone?

Re: Casting Order! and Tips.
Jumping to cancel a spell is retarded IMHO; you have to wait until you finish your jump to cast something else. You can bind a key to do nothing but cancel your spellcast.
I still use default UI and use the mouse to select targets and cast spells, and if I am slower that anyone with a click to cure UI, it's no more than a tenth of a second.

Re: Casting Order! and Tips.
I wouldn't quote actual numbers that can't be proven...
To me it seems very improbable that (assuming your mouse is already over the Person you're bout to cure) It's 1/10 of a second or less diff in single click to cure, versus click to target-move mouse to cure button-click cure button. Especially when it comes to curing many types of effects of different people in group. I used to hate it the way you're describing, now its more like the Whack-a-mole game =)
But maybe my measue of time is way off.. who knows.
The Click-to-Cure group UI piece is identical to the default UI group window. I haven't talked to a single person that's tried it, and hated it or uninstalled it. They all love it, and most end up pushing it on others.. /guilty

Re: Casting Order! and Tips.
Well, I know it wouldn't matter much in my case because I don't use the keyboard to select group members. The difference it would make for me is that whereas now I have to click on the group member then click on the cure button, but with the click to cure UI, I would only have to click on a particular spot on the group member window. My group bar is right above my hotbarred heals and cures, so it is only a flick of the wrist to move the mouse from the group member icon to the cure button. The time it takes to do that is around a tenth of a second.
This doesn't even matter in the case of spamming cures because in the time it takes for the cure spellcast to complete, I already have my next cure target selected and my mouse over the cure button. Therefore my curing speed, regardless of UI, is limited only by my casting speed and there cannot be any improvement.
Click to cure UIs may be easier, but they don't allow you to go any faster than is possible on default UI.
