Default Low level PvP AA questions

So I'm leveling up a Templar but doing it slowly so I can build a lot of AA. Not a ridiculous amount but a decent number for a low level.

My question is if you had say 15-20 AA to spend what would it best be spent on with PvP in mind?

I went STA line and put 4 points into hammer smite. Have 6 points into melee crit as well. INT line looks interesting. Seems like castigation would be a pretty damn big dps spell with enough AA behind it.
