Cleric AA changes Tested! and stats revealed!
Here are the new Cleric AA changes that are on Test right now.
Here are pics of the abilities changed by the the gu 36 AA Revamps. Only took pics that had actualy changes, not just redone timers/recasts etc.
Strength 3 - Bolt of Power: Also procs on spells. Interrupt chance is reduced to adjust for the change.
Strength 4 - Unwavering Resolve: Instead of increasing disruption skill, it increases maximum health by 1% per rank. It still increases Focus.
Strength 5 - Steadfast: While remaining still, grants interrupt immunity, with a chance at stifle immunity.
Agility 3 - Battle Fervor: Grants doubleattack of 4% per rank instead of DPS increase. Also increases shield effectiveness by 4% per rank.
Agility 5 - Holy Shield: Improved reuse speed from 5 minutes to 1m and it now toggles, and casting speed from 2s to 1s. Removed power cost.
Stamina 5 - Divine Aura: Stoneskin effect now takes into consideration mitigation before determining damage. Improved reuse speed from 15 minutes to 10 minutes.
Wisdom 4 - Divine Soothing: Renamed "Exorcise" and increases all casting skills instead of hate reduction.
Wisdom 5 - Protection from Undead: Stoneskin effect now takes into consideration mitigation before determining damage. Improved reuse speed from 10 minutes to 5 minutes.
Intelligence 2 - Divine Castigation: Reduced damage.
Thanks to Khorne for helping me Test the STR ability.
The interupt immunity actually works!

Re: Cleric AA changes Tested! and stats revealed!
Not a clue since in the actual abilities it says makes you immune to effects, not a chance to resist or something.
And I was thinking it would give you a buff like the smite debuff that makes you immune for 2 seconds even after moving but it dosent....But then again if your moving, you can't cast spells anyways So... What good is the interupt thing if you weren't moving? Shouldn't it just say "immune to stilfe and interupt?" and If you choose this ability, WTF is the use of +42 focus in STR #4? The +8% life is still nice thou.
And the 40% damage proc w/ interupt on spells and melee. oh my god. On pvp this will definately be the way to go. I will prolly spec it just to test it out compared to dps and healing to see the differences. But over all this looks very nice.
Basially If you're going to change from Sta to Str like me:
-stamina + strength
-CA with knockback + CA with skill reduction
-Crit melee + Damage proc with interupt
-Crit healing + HP and focus
-Ivincibility + Imunity to interupt and stifle
The biggest calls people will be looking at here are the crits you loose in STA. The melee crit is easily offset and boosted by the damage proc on melee and spells. So you'll see a nice boost on DPS most likely. The only toss up in my mind is the difference between loosing Crit healing and Immortality for More base HPs and Immunity from interupt and stile. Honestly, i think more base HPs and immunities will be better imo.

hmmm we'll see I love my heal crit percentage... I'll probably see how many times I heal crit tonight... respec to the STR line and see the difference on the heal parse on how many times I heal crit without it... and see if I'm not getting stiffled as much.

MT templars theres no real option apart from STA/INT still.
OT templars can be spec'd 4/4/8 Sta, 4/4/8 Int, 4/4/8/1 Str, tried this with PvP buffed char and was putting out some pretty impressive DPS numbers solo.

Re: Cleric AA changes Tested! and stats revealed!
To elaborate the wisdom line benefits:
@ 355 ministration, 188 power, 352 power
@ 360 ministration, 186 power, 348 power
@ 365 ministration, 184 power,
@ 371 ministration, 182 power, 341 power
@ 376 ministration, 180 power, 337 power
@ 381 ministration, 179 power, 334 power
@ 386 ministration, 177 power, 331 power
@ 392 ministration, 175 power, 328 power
@ 397 ministration, 174 power, 325 power
@ 402 ministration, 173 power, 322 power
First power cost is target reactive, second is group reactive.
On average, you're looking at about a 0.875% reduction in power cost of heals per rank, depending on how much ministration gear you have already (diminishing returns).
On the bright side, the 42 dirsurption/ordination has it's advantages too (decreased resistability of nukes and debuffs)
I tested the "Steadfast" line - it does indeed work.
While standing still, you will *not* be interupted by damage.
While standing still, it appears you can still be interupted by "interrupt" effects. (Like bolt of power proc, for example)
While standing still, you shrug off most stifles (not all of them, small test = ~75%)
I need some longer data samples - but all the above seems accurate. My guess would be it's treating you as having "infinite" focus (so no damage interupts) and giving you a 50%-75% chance to ignore stifles.

Re: Cleric AA changes Tested! and stats revealed!
Increasing your ministration this late into the expansion really shouldn't be needed though, I often finish avatars and contested mayong with 90+% power, but admittedly I have 2 presence of mind proc items and blood-crusted band and power proc adorn to weapons.
Really I can't see how the wisdom line is of any benefit.

Re: Cleric AA changes Tested! and stats revealed!
Well.. yes and no. If power is an issue, then Wisdom line is going to net you some benefit.
Power is rarely an issue on any fight once it has been completed by your guild - people learn to pace themselves that much better on the second attempt and voila...
But for any guild still struggling through EoF content for the first time, if power is an issue, the increased wisdom and the increased ministration/ordination may well prove a safer bet than heal crits.
Personally, with manastone, vessel of fyr'un, scaleborn helm, Gift of Christanos, hearts, shards, and a 9 proc reactive, I'm typically very healthy on power - but I'd still kill for a barbute of the ancient one :P.
